The bowl is made of ultra-light Ming porcelain, produced by the renowned French porcelain manufacturer in Limoges according to an ancient Chinese recipe from the Ming dynasty. The main component of this translucent and subtle material is fine, high-quality kaolin from New Zealand. It is one of the whitest porcelains in the world.
