How to prepare matcha in a shaker

Pour in cold or boiled and cooled water (max. 40°C), scoop up the matcha (about half a teaspoon) with a bamboo spoon, and place it in the shaker. Always pour the water first, filling the shaker to about 1 cm below the rim, and then add the matcha. Close tightly and shake well. Pour the matcha into a bowl if you’re drinking it on its own, or into a prepared glass if making a mixed drink. Again, we recommend adding the matcha last as the final ingredient.

Recipe for Matcha with Coconut Water

Place a few ice cubes and a few raspberries in a glass, then pour in 200 ml of coconut water. Pour in one serving of matcha from the mini shaker and enjoy a refreshing and healthy drink.
