Oolong
Oolong teas, sometimes referred to as semi-green teas, are a diverse group of teas that fall between green and black teas. They vary in their degree of oxidation, which can be as low as a few percent or as high as that of black teas. As a result, oolongs are characterized by a wide variety of flavors – from light, floral infusions to rich, fuller, and roasted styles.
