Black tea from Assam

Classically processed black-leaf tea from the Chardwar tea garden near Tezpur in northern Assam. Fully oxidized, very dark small leaf with an intensive sweet fruity smell. Dark red-brown infusion with the full, dense, round flavor of stone fruit, cinnamon, and a pleasant woody 
aftertaste.

How to prepare Assam Chardwar
