Matured Oolong from Taiwan
Legendary Taiwanese oolong from the Pinglin region in northern Taiwan, aged for more than 3 decades. Over the decades, the floral aroma has transformed into deeper, spicy flavors with a wide range of exotic tones. Long, unbroken, lightly rolled dark brown leaves with a distinctive spicy aroma dominated by sweet anise, ginseng, and dried apricots. How to brew Pinglin Baozhong
These tea leaves are suitable for Asian-style preparation, which includes multiple infusions: you steep 5 grams of tea leaves per 150 ml of water that has boiled and cooled to 85–90 °C for 30 seconds and in the following three infusions, you steep the leaves for 40, 60, and 90 seconds, respectively.
