Matte green leaves rolled into typical, regular turns resembling eyebrows. Accordingly, this tea bears the name "Rare Eyebrows". A popular tea for everyday drinking. It became very popular in North Africa and the Middle East, prepared and drunk with mint or cardamom and heavily sweetened. It has a light, yellow-green brew with a sharp, vital taste, notes of roasted nuts, and a longer astringent aftertaste.

How to brew Chun Mee Tea

Use 5 grams of tea leaves for 0.5 litres of boiling water cooled to 85-90 °C; steep for 2–3 minutes. Feel free to experiment with steeping time, water temperature, and the amount of tea leaves. You can also read our articles on tea preparation and water quality.
